As summer fades and the light begins to soften, join us for a quiet evening of flowers and gentle making.
Join us this September in Crawley, Hampshire, just outside Winchester, for a relaxed evening of flower arranging. We’ll be working with the best of British flowers to make a hand-tied bouquet, using stems freshly cut from local growers and nearby cutting gardens.
The class will focus on the spiralling technique, building up layers of colour, texture and shape to create a natural, garden-inspired bouquet. I’ll take you through the process step by step, before showing you how to wrap your flowers so they’re ready to take home whether that’s as a gift or simply to brighten your own table.
Expect early autumn favourites such as dahlias, cosmos, scabious and grasses, or whatever the season has to offer.
The workshop will be held in Crawley’s light-filled village hall, with local sparkling wine and nibbles to enjoy as you work. Everything you need is included, and no experience is required just a love of flowers and an hour or two to pause.
